Ms. Sinclaire is also recognized as a Certified Aboriginal Financial Manager and holds two additional accreditations.internationally recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) and the US accounting designation, Certified Public Accountant (CPA). After completing the Chartered Accountancy program with the Office of the Auditor General of Canada in Ottawa where she contributed on several financial attest and value for money audits, Robbin worked in the resource sector through several change management initiatives and restructuring efforts undertaken by a number of large publicly traded corporations.
For over 15 years, Robbin has managed her own consulting practice providing advice to senior officials with the federal and territorial governments and related northern-based entities with a primary focus on financial management and accountability. Member of:
